- 5.4 hour session (ambient temp +12.5 to +11.0 deg C)
- Aim of session was to record a variety of Deep Sky objects, and session was rewarded with a variety of objects, including clusters, galaxies, dark nebula, supernova remnants (including the Veil Nebula).
- 7 mosaics were recorded
- Opportunity was taken to acquire images of first time images of M52 and M103 objects and obtain improved images of M74
- An attempt was made to acquire images of Kuiper Belt Object 2003 UB313, but sky conditions did not allow this faint object to be seen
- More Notes

AXP Monitoring (4U 0142+615 & 1E 2259+586)

Two Anomalous X-ray pulsers (AXPs),  4U 0142+615 and  1E 2259+586 (both lying in Cassiopeia) were checked for brightening. No indication of activity was observed for either AXP.

M31 - Spiral Galaxy (Andromeda Galaxy)

M31 - Transect (Andromeda)
It was not feasible to commit time to complete a Mosaic of entire M31, and in
any case the sky conditions were too variable to make a good job.
Instead an E-W Transect was made comprising 5 frames

MPL 2003 UB313 Attempt - Kuiper Belt Object

2003 UB313 Attempt
Predicted Position of 2003 UB313 is midway between
the pair of mag +15.7 stars shown within red circle.
Due to low altitude / haze the deepest magnitude visible in image
is c. +17.7 and thus prevented being able to see this 19th magnitude
Kuiper Belt object, which has recently been proposed in the media as a Planet.
