BL Lac - BL Lac type variable, Blazar Astrometric & Photometric Monitoring - SS Cyg (dwarf nova)
- U Her (mira variables)
- BL Lac (blazar)
- SZ Her (variables)
- Barnards Star, 61 Cyg, Gliese 412, Gliese 1245, Groombridge 1830, Lalande 21185 (Nearby Stars)
- Morning Session (2.1hr).
Temperature +0.5 to 0.0 deg C- CCD operation of -25 degC
(at 77% average cooling).- main objective was to acquire images of certain selected stars for ongoing photometric and astrometric analysis, in particular U Her, SS Cyg, Barnards Star and 61 Cyg.
| Light Curve for BL Lac showing magnitude variation - Nov 2007 to March 2008 Dataset comprising observations from 32 nights between 2007-11-15 and 2008-03-12 Note 0.5 mag brightening between 2008-02-19 & 2008-02-24, which seems to have lasted for 4-7 days. |
