M27 - Planetary Nebula (Dumbbell Nebula), attempt     Photometric Monitoring - Variables   - R CrB, BL Lac, FG Sge, U Sge, V Sge, WZ Sge - Z And, CI Cyg, SS Cyg, U Her attempts failed (poor sky/link failure)     Astrometric Monitoring - Nearby Stars   - Barnards Star - 61 Cyg attempt failed (poor sky/link failure)

- Late night session (1.5 hrs duration) - Session operated under semi-automated control, with remote monitoring from indoors computer.   - Ambient Temperature:  temperature gradually falling from 6 deg C to minimum of 4 degC (minimum) by end of session - CCD operation -15 degC (at 46% average cooling).  - Planned objectives of the session were to monitor selected variable stars & nearby stars and acquire images of selected gallery objects. - Raw FIT files were originally mislaid, but were found again and processed on 2019-08-16

M27 - Planetary Nebula (Dumbbell Nebula), Attempt

M27 (Vulpecula) Attempted imaging of M27 nebula failed due to multiple issues a) poor telescope tracking (only 1 out of 5 frames usable) b) poor sky transparency c) poor flat field (obvious large dust mote) (compare best frame with this image with the earlier image 2012)

CCD Image (50% size) 60s exposure (single frame), 3x3 binning, C Filter 2015-10-29 19:59 UT (#590280) 12" LX200R (at f/10.4) + ST-10XME
