EV Lac - Nearby Star (GJ 873) GK Per - Variable Star Groombridge 34 - Nearby Double Star - 11.7 ly     NGC 7094 - Planetary Nebula     Photometric Monitoring - Variables    - None   (GK Per attempt failed due to centering issue)     Astrometric Monitoring - Nearby Stars     - EV Lac, Groombridge 34

- Night Session (1.7 hrs duration). Clear summer twilight skies, low wind - Session conducted as a Fully Automated Run, in which the Observatory Control Program opened the  Observatory, built and executed an optimised Observing Plan before finally closing the Observatory at the end of the night (Session was monitored from both in the observatory and remotely to check that things were proceeding ok and intervene if necessary) - Main aim of the session was to test the Clair 3 Observatory running in Fully Automated Mode.  Secondary aim was to acquire images of a selection of targets. - 12" LX200 + ST-10XME for imaging - Ambient Temperature:  14 degC (minimum) - Notes from 2018-07-22 >>

Attempted VR photometry imaging of GK Per,  however the N/W offsets held in the Targets Database where not correctly imported with the Observing Plan

Groombridge 34 - detail A - GX And (HD 1326),  B - GQ And Motion of the two stars (2006 to 2018) is very clear

Deep Sky Challenge object in Sep 2017 edition of Astronomy Now magazine

NGC 7094 (Pegasus) Nebula is present but very faint, marked by white cross-hairs
