Satellite ? - Passing by M98 & NGC 4129A

Satellite ?
Passing across starfield including background galaxies
M98 & NGC 4192A (with SN 2024exw)
Image
Annotated CCD Image (150% size, linear scale, cropped)
180s exposure (single frame), 3x3 binning, Clear Filter
2024-04-09 23:36 UT (#1205009)
12" LX200R (at f/10.4) + ST-10XME
Auto-guided using TS 80mm APO, ZWO ASI178MC & PHD2

Satellite ?
Object apppears to be both spinning (low frequency flash) and flashing (higher frequency flash)
Is the apparent higher frequency flashing real or an artefact of the CCD Pixelisation ?
Is the low frequency flash a spinning satellite or a wobble caused by plane wings tipping to & fro?
Image
CCD Image (125% size, linear scale, cropped)
Image details as above

Satellite ? - x8 Detail
Zoomed in image shows that the higher frequency flashing is real (ie not a CCD artefact).
The spacing of the flashes is around 4 times coarser than the CCD Pixels
Image
CCD Image (800% size, linear scale, cropped)
Image details as above
