Hickson 97 - Galaxy Cluster (IC 5357 et al)     NGC 5322 - Elliptical Galaxy (Herschel I-256)     Photometric Monitoring - Variables     - RX And, U And, DY Per, GK Per, RR Tau   Several other targets failed due to slew failures  (timeout getting received data from POTH.Telescope)     Astrometric Monitoring - Nearby Stars   - EV Lac, Groombridge 34, Teegardens Star

- Night Session (3.5 hours duration). - Fully Automated operation  (Session was monitored remotely from indoors to observe operations and spot any new or recurrent issues for first part of the session, before retiring to bed whilst session continued to dawn). - Main aim of the session was to acquire images of a selection of variable stars, nearby stars, star clusters and deep sky targets. Secondary aims were to test recent software fixes & modifications of the Observatory Control Program (CCDApp2). - - 12" LX200 + ST-10XME for imaging - TS 80mm APO + ZWO ASI178MC for guiding - Ambient Temperature:  12°C (minimum) - CCD Temperature:  -10°C (74% av. power) - Notes from 2018-09-01 >>
