Hickson 74 - Galaxy Cluster (NGC 5910 et al)     NGC 7008 - Planetary Nebula     Variable Stars (photometric monitoring)     - U And, Z And, S Cyg, SS Cyg, BL Lac, V Sge     Nearby Stars (astrometric monitoring)   - Ross 248 (HH And), Groombridge 34, EV Lac

- Night Session (4.8 hours duration). Cloud interrupted the session on several occasions through the night - Fully Automated operation  (First part of the Session was monitored remotely from indoors to observe operations and spot any new or recurrent issues before retiring to bed whilst the session continued unattended until dawn.  No images were taken after 02:43 the job queue froze whilst attempting a slew with the 'Wrong Tracking State'.) - Main aim of the session was to acquire images of a selection of variable stars, nearby stars and deep sky targets. Secondary aims were to test recent software fixes & modifications of the Observatory Control Program (CCDApp2). - - 12" LX200 + ST-10XME for imaging - TS 80mm APO + ZWO ASI178MC for guiding - Ambient Temperature:  Initially 11°C, gradually dropping to  7°C (minimum) - CCD Temperature:  -15°C (87% av. power) - Notes from 2018-09-03 >>
