New Moon (Previous Day) Moon & Venus Regulus - Star M3 - Globular Cluster Astrometric & Photometric Monitoring
- U Her (Mira variables)
- RZ LMi, SY Cnc (variables)
- NGC 4151, NGC 2782 (Seyfert galaxies)
- 3C 273 (Quasar)
- 2.4 hr session, cut short by deteiorating sky conditions & cloud - CCD operation of -25 degC (at 60% average cooling). . - main objective was to acquire images for ongoing photometric and astrometric monitoring of selected stars - secondary objective was to acquire some test images using DSLR camera mounted on top of telescope. - More Notes -
