Welcome to my website
describing my astronomical observatory in NE Scotland (UK) together with
my observing and imaging activities over the past 20 years. A roll-off
roof observatory originally housed an 8" LX200 SCT telescope + ST7 CCD
Camera, but was upgraded to a 12" LX200R SCT telescope + ST10-XME CCD
Camera in 2009. An 180 deg AllSKy Camera were added in 2014. More
recently an 80mm APO secondary scope + ZWO 178MC Camera were added in
2017, and equipment was moved into a new 2.2m Dome Observatory in 2018
and made fully automated in 2019-2022. |
