Gallery of "Shakhbazian Compact Galaxy Groups" imaged with my 12" LX200 telescope and ST-10XME Camera (2019-2020+)

Project was inspired by Alvin Huey's book "Observing Selected Shakhbazian Groups, Faint Compact Galaxy Groups" (www.faintfuzzies.com)

The Shakhbazian catalog is a compilation of ten lists of compact groups of compact galaxies found on the Palomar Sky Survey red charts and published in the period 1973 to 1979 by Shakhbazian, Petrosian, and collaborators. The catalog contains 377 groups of compact galaxies
