- Gliese 1111 (DX Cnc), 61 Cyg
- Evening session (3.4hrs duration). 
- Session operated under semi-automated control, with remote monitoring from indoors computer.  
- Ambient Temperature: -2.0°C (minimum) 
- CCD operation -30°C (at 76% average cooling).  
- main objectives of the session were to acquire images of selected project stars for ongoing photometric and astrometric analysis.

IC 2497 - Spiral Galaxy (Hanny's Voorwerp)  (attempted observation)

IC 2497 (Leo Minor)

Hanny's Voorwerp - a mag +18 patch of emission just south of IC 2497, discovered 
only recently (2007) by Dutch Schoolteacher Hanny van Arkel as part of 
the Galaxy Zoo project,  is barely visible in this image.

SN 2011fe is reported as being the 
nearest Type Ia supernova 
seen in decades
