Two Anomalous X-ray pulsers (AXPs), 4U 0142+615 and 1E 2259+586 (both lying in Cassiopeia) were checked for brightening. No indication of activity was observed for either AXP.

2003 UB313 Attempt Predicted Position of 2003 UB313 is midway between the pair of mag +15.7 stars shown within red circle. Due to low altitude / haze the deepest magnitude visible in image is c. +17.7 and thus prevented being able to see this 19th magnitude Kuiper Belt object, which has recently been proposed in the media as a Planet. |
