- Late evening  session (3.7 hrs), poor sky transparency, poor- moderate seeing. Session ended when sky conditions deteriorated further.
- Session operated under semi-automated control, with remote monitoring from indoors computer.
- Ambient Temperature:  6 deg C  (minimum)
- CCD operation -20 degC (at 63% average cooling).
- main objectives of the session was to acquire images of selected project stars for ongoing photometric analysis, and to attempt acquisition of Mayall II and Hickson 56

103P/Hartley - Comet

Comet  103P/Hartley
passing through starfield in Lacerta
Comet appears less bright than 5 day beforehand, however
this appears to be due to the unfavorable sky conditions

PLN 64+ 5.1/ Campbell's Hydrogen Star - spectra
Spectra (bottom) shows that PLN 64+ 5.1 doesn't appear to be normal
planetary nebula (if it is one at all).
Instead the spectra looks like that of a Be star
