Hickson 77 - Galaxy Group (PGC 56123 et al) Photometric Monitoring - Variables - AM Her
Astrometric Monitoring - Nearby Stars - None
- Evening Session (2.1 hours total duration including sky flats).
Clear skies until 21:30 when cloud rolled in from SW ending the session early- Generally Fully Automated operation, but dropping to Manual on occasion ( Session was monitored remotely from indoors to observe operations and spot any new or recurrent issues ) - Main aim of the session was to test a new routine for taking Sky Flats before an observing session taking images of a selection of variable stars, nearby stars and deep sky targets. - - 12" LX200 + ST-10XME for imaging - TS 80mm APO + ZWO ASI178MC for guiding - Ambient Temperature: 11°C (minimum) (12°C sky flats) - CCD Temperature: -10°C ( -15°C for sky flats )
