NGC 4145 - Spiral Galaxy

NGC 4145 (Canes Venatici)
There is a discrepency between the planned target NGC 4145A
with expected distance of 1.29 Gyr, z=0.0980 and this
apparently larger (obviously much closer) NGC 4145 galaxy
lying at a distance of only 68 mly.
The bright star on left edge of field is HIP 59366 (mag +6.85)

The intended target NGC 4145A (alias UGC 7175, VV 814)
is a different galaxy located 12 arc min away from NGC 4145
and is outside the field of view.
The correct target to be rescheduled for a later session.

NGC 4145 -  Detail
NGC 4145 appears to be nicely formed spiral galaxy
but is poorly shown here due to sky conditions.
Target to be rescheduled for a later session
