Imaging session was with focal reducer bringing 8" f/10 LX200 to f/7. Images were recorded with ST7 CCD camera & CFW8 Colour Filter Wheel. Seeing was reasonable, however fast moving cloud patches hampered imaging forcing use of shorter exposures (30sec and 60 sec) and limited colour imaging. Despite this recorded some reasonable images of several galaxies - this was the first time I've imaged M51 and I was pretty happy with the result. Two
