Session Aims & Highlights (2025-01-03)

Main aims

1. Targets.  Acquire images of a selection of variable stars, nearby stars, comets & deep sky targets as allowed by sky conditions.

Highlights

• Targets. 13/45 planned targets observations were completed with 2 targets partially completed.  Other planned targets failed due to cloud / session suspension.
•   Dome. There was no issues opening/closing the shutter during session. Dome closed and parked at end of session Ok

• Modify AstroColorCam's  to create separate Day and Night Videos.   Currently AstroColorCam makes a video at Dawn to cover the previous 24 hour period. Proposal is that a video is created at Dawn covering the past Night and a video is created as Dusk covering the past daytime period.  This is likely to require saving NorthCam Images in separate Day and Night folders.
